Big Lake Improvement Association

The not-for-profit corporation came into existence in the 1950’s and was created to maintain the water levels of Big Lake. They have since built the dam and installed a state-of-art pump on the Missouri River to pump water into the lake. In addition, the BLIA is instrumental in providing social activities at Big Lake. They host the annual Moo-AU, fireworks sales, and other timely events. Check out their web site for more information and for some GREAT PICTURES of the lake. Better yet, JOIN the Association and keep Big Lake a GREAT place to be!!!!
